This Spring clinic is for students in K – 6^th grade interested in trying out and learning about lacrosse. No prior experience expected. All girls K-6 are invited to join us; we will be focusing on the fundamental skills of the game; passing, catching, cradling, shooting, and defending. Players will learn the rules of the game and sportsmanlike conduct.  Basic concepts of the game will be taught through fun activities.

HS Varsity Coach Tara Lahm and the players of the Valhalla Varsity team will be supporting and guiding the Valhalla Jr. Vikings afterschool clinic which takes place each year and introduces the sport to many new players! This is the time to try lacrosse!

Registration: To sign up:

1. First register each player as a youth on www.uslacrosse.org (and pay $30 directly to US Lacrosse during the process). This provides insurance.
2. Create an account at www.valhallajrvikingslacrosse.com and register your player with the Club and pay $29 online. You will need to enter the US Lacrosse number to register. This goes to a t-shirt.
3. Equipment: Loaner equipment is available on a first come first served basis. Email us to be first in line for loaner equipment. If you use our equipment, all you need to buy is a mouthguard.
